At Amayrah Style Haus, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
- Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of artificial jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or personal preference.
- Returns will only be considered if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if applicable)
Our team will verify your request before approving a refund.
Refunds
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Colour or design preference
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
